Super easy recipe and measurements are adjustable to your liking!

You will need:
one pie crust
3 Eggs
1/8  to 1 1/2 cup of Karo corn syrup (dark or light)
2/3 cup of granulated sugar(can use less if you don't want pie as sweet)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla( I use a full teaspoon)
1 cup pecan(pieces or whole)

steps:
1.  Mix all ingredients together, mix in pecans last
2.  Bake 40-60 minutes( depending on how much Karo is used, more Karo more time)
                                                    375 degrees

campfire S'mores dip

This is not one of my grandmothers recipes, just a recipe I found but is absolutely delicious and VERY easy. Don't have a campfire but craving campfire treats? if you love chocolate and/or s'mores, you'll love this recipe!

You will need:
bag of chocolate chips(dark or milk)
marshmallows( big or small)
graham crackers
cast iron skillet or baking dish

steps:
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. empty your chocolate chips into your cast iron/baking dish
3. place marshmallows over chocolate chips( if using big marshmallows, cut in half)
4. bake 5 minutes (chocolate will be melted and marshmallows gooey)
If you want a crunchy outside to your marshmallows use a blow torch

Seriously that easy!
